SNPbrowser™ Software is a FREE tool enabling knowledge-guided
selection of over six million TaqMan® or SNPlex™ System SNP
Genotyping Assays, including 650 million genotypes generated for
over three million SNPs validated by the International HapMap
Project or Applied Biosystems in five major populations. Search for SNPs using a wide variety of parameters, including SNP IDs, gene names, and chromosomal or microsatellite locations, and browse detailed SNP and gene information. SNPbrowser Software contains sophisticated wizards for rapid selection of tagging SNPs, and SNPs by density, to further simplify study design. The software also facilitates ordering SNP genotyping assays through the Applied Biosystems online store. Features of SNPbrowser™ Software v4.0
